EXECUTION OF THE REVIEW OF THE 2012 KWAZULU-NATAL PROVINCIAL IDMS FRAMEWORK FOR THE HEALTH AND EDUCATION SECTORS, AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF A NEW PROVINCE-WIDE KZN-IDMS PROTOCOL AGREEMENT. Provided support in the review of the 2012 Provincial IDMS Framework and produced the new IDMS Protocol Document that incorporated all infrastructure departments in the Province.

The project involved the review of the IDMS framework that was developed during the year 2012 and signed off by a limited number of departments. IDMS has since evolved as a programme and it required compliance and participation from all sectors of government departments that were allocated infrastructure budgets in the Province. The legislative landscape was also changed since the signing of this framework and this project intended to incorporate as far as possible, all relevant legislative developments and initiatives that affected infrastructure service delivery in the Province.
