The Naidu Consulting Academy of Excellence develops trainee civil technicians seeking in-service training to get real-life, on-the-job exposure. This opportunity is a one-year programme where students will gain a practical and in-depth understanding of the engineering workplace through structured exposure to each of the company’s business units.
This is complimented with periodic in-house lectures by specialists within each unit and coupled with a CETA accredited 12 Month Project Management Learnership integrated into the programme. This approach provides trainees with a unique opportunity to become work-ready, confident, and familiar with every aspect of the engineering industry through exposure to our different divisions.
